Q. Why the name “Lab Epitomy”?
A. Lab Epitomy means “A laboratory of perfection”. It symbolizes not only how we like to work – with dedication, purpose and the goal of perfection in our sites – but also the results that we strive to inspire from our delegates. Why the Y in epitome? Well, we always like to do things a bit differently.

Q. When did the company start?
A. Lab Epitomy was started in June 2003. Since that time we have experienced growth in the areas of new market development as well as aligned ourselves with reputable organizations and government departments.

Q. How many people work at Lab Epitomy?
A. Currently we employ 19 people, excluding the specialists we call in to facilitate our workshops and conferences.

Q. What is Lab Epitomy’s stand on BEE?
A. We are a strong advocate of the principles of BEE. We are proud to support the initiative in every way possible.

Q. What about women?
A. 80% of our staff is women. The work environment that we operate under and our high investment in training are conducive to tranformation.
